All purchases through Hotshelf are subject to limited returns and covered under manufacturer’s warranty. The products will be eligible for returns/replacement in the following conditions:
You are requested to get in touch with our customer care executives or email us at info@hotshelf.com within 24-hours of delivery to you.
We will verify your complaint and if found genuine we will arrange for replacement or refund, at the sole discretion of Hotshelf, within 14 days of receipt of such complaint from you. Replacement is subject to availability of products.
You are requested to inspect the packaging of the products at the time of delivery. If found tampered or damaged, you may refuse to accept the consignment and inform our customer care executives or email us at info@hotshelf.com within 24-hours of delivery to you. The replacement in this case shall be arranged at no cost to you.
Warranties and Guarantees are governed by the manufacturers and shall be provided by the manufacturer only. Buyers are requested to carefully read the warranty / guarantee certificates accompanied with the products. Hotshelf shall not be held liable for any warranties or guarantees and Hotshelf will only act as facilitator for the convenience of its buyers.
You can cancel any order until it is despatched from the sellers warehouse. Any amount paid by you will be credited back to your account / credit card.
Hotshelf reserves the right, at its own discretion, to cancel any order without assigning any reason whatsoever. There could be situations beyond the control of Hotshelf and the order placed by you cannot be accepted and it must cancel. Any amount paid by you will be credited back to your account / credit card.
Hotshelf strives to ensure the delivery to its buyers in excellent condition and by fastest means possible. Hotshelf will verify your address at the time of registration and at the time of placing of order, if your area is not serviceable by our logistics partners, we will need your alternate shipping address to execute your orders. If any of your addresses are not serviceable, any amount paid by you will be credited back to your account / credit card. Hotshelf only ships the goods within the boundaries of India and we do not accept any orders to shipped internationally.
The shipment details are sent thru SMS on your registered mobile number and also mailed on your registered email-id. You may track the shipment on website of the respective logistic partner.
